This is a wrong presumption that buy spending money in different newspapers with no concentrated lead targeting, I'm marketing and doing a great job for my real estate sellers and their valuable property. Marketing is a strategy that requires careful reviews and wide and expansive knowledge of its source. Real estate transactions are the most unpredictable as a sale is pending in many stages and variety of third party approvals.For instance, when a buyer propose an offer, first is negotiation, then satisfaction of conditions. In my career, despite of my buyer clients desire to purchase a property, in many occasion, conditions, did not turn to be as satisfactory. Most the problem is when the inspection takes place and the list of problems appears. At this point the buyers get disappointed and in most cases the decide to walk away. As Vancouver REALTOR® when examining all the risk and review if my clients could get a better deal, then I suggest a re-negotiation instead of killing the transaction and have unhappy clients on my hand. I make sure I close, and when I decide to do so, I do it in the most benefit and interest of my clients. That makes me standout.

In Real Estate field it is important to have an extensive network. When having a perfect relation with other colleagues and professional, many sales generates from that. As a REALTOR®, I establish communicative, and networking with top notch professionals making sure this bridge of relationship is two ways.

Knowledge is confidence and competency. Without local neighborhood knowledge, how can I secure and represent to the best interest of my clients. I have researched and reviewed the area of my activity and am familiar with most bylaws, zones and that neighborhood progress as well as its precaution based on its trends.

When thinking of social media, fFacebook is the first that pops in mind. In addition, there other strong social media marketing such as Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and the most important one Youtube. Creating advertisement in this highly competitive world of social media, needs advance technological skills. In addition, to outreach the most audience in social media, I educate myself frequently on what makes a difference.
·     Great eye for design
Real Estate is about seeing above what exist and view the potential and possibilities. Working with real estate buyer, when looking at a house for sale, it is my job to see beyond what the furniture and decor looks like and see the value for my potential buyers. It also is helpful when I represent my real estate sellers and list their house for sale. I can help them design and stage perfect their home.
