So I refer them to 3 and or more choices of mortgage brokers and specialist to review which one suits their needs.
In many other cases, I get a referral and clients sourcing from the mortgage brokers and specialist I work with. Because of my good reputation and knowledge, they are aware the client they are referring is and will be in a able and knowledgeable hands to care for their needs in real estate and help them buy the house for sale in Vancouver. These referred clients have met with mortgage specialist and broker first prior to meeting a Realtor.
